Interested parties will be required to execute and submit
the Vendor’s form of Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to
receiving supplemental, detailed information about the
Property, or completing a Property tour. Interested parties
will be invited to submit a Letter of Intent (“LOI”). LOIs will
be evaluated primarily on the consideration offered, the
method of payment of the consideration, the interested
parties’ financial capability to complete the transaction, the
proposed completion date and the conditions of closing.
