• All items must be paid for in full on the day of the auction (for in person bids) and cannot be removed from the premises until paid for. Terms of the sale are cash or cheque O.A.C..
• All items are sold as-is, where-is, and lie at the purchaser's risk immediately.
• The items have been displayed and each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself/herself as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale on any grounds.
• The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. In case of a dispute the Auctioneer's decisions shall be final.
• Federal and provincial sales tax will be charged where applicable.
• The owners or the auctioneer shall not be responsible for any accidents or discomforts occurred while attending an auction sale.
